I am the worst when it comes to breakfast. It is the one meal I always forget, not because I want to but mornings are the busiest part of my day.
After trying a few different recipes out, and mixing things up, this by far is my favorite concoction of them all.
The best part of this recipe, is that you can build from it, and truly make it something you love.
Change the milk, the fruit, the yogurt, add nuts, no seeds, etc.
